SITE PREPARATION

• • Standard site preparation and levelling including, rental of machine for cut and construction of concrete slab on ground.

PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE

• • All plumbing and drainage as per the plan.
  • All taps and showers to satisfy the energy star rating to be selected from the builder’s nominated premium Range.
  • 2 x garden taps.
  • Supply and install 1 x above ground poly rainwater tanks as per BASIX if required.
  • Supply and install instantaneous hot water system (26L/min) inside the wall.
  • Standard round PVC downpipes.

CONCRETE SLAB

• • Structural engineer designed “H1” class concrete slab.
  • All piering, up to 1 m ($176plm extra)
  • Superior TERMITE BARRIER to all slab penetrations and termite barrier to the perimeter of the home.
